Generally Apollo Tyres is making Vehicles tyres. Companies Infrastructure is good and I can say its Working environment is good. Apollo Tyres provide average range of salary to his employee and most of the employees are not happy with the salary what they are receiving.
Company provides job security but if any employee has dispute with management they he/she has to safer a lot.
Company provides on an average growth to employee and any employee get promoted once in the year if they are recommended with supervisors only.
I can say that working environment is quite better.
Management is good and very optimistic.
As per my view I never suggest Apollo Tyres to work.
